This Privacy Policy explains how Emoji Pong: Pong Game (“the app”) handles information when you use it.

Information the app uses

Username

When you choose a username, it is stored online and shown on leaderboards.

Scores and leaderboard data

Your best scores are stored online so leaderboards can work. Leaderboards may show your username and score for Weekly, Monthly, and All‑Time rankings.

App usage and diagnostics

The app may collect basic analytics and diagnostic information to help us understand performance, improve stability, and fix issues.

Advertising data

The app displays ads (for example, app open ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads). Advertising partners may collect information such as:

Device identifiers (or limited identifiers depending on your settings)
IP address (used to approximate location for service and fraud prevention)
Ad interactions (e.g., impressions, taps, completions, and reward events for rewarded ads)

If iOS asks you for App Tracking Transparency permission, your choice controls whether tracking is allowed for advertising purposes.

How information is used

We use the information described above to:

Create and display leaderboards
Save your profile (username) and best scores
Prevent abuse and keep the service reliable
Measure and improve app performance
Show ads and measure ad performance (including verifying rewarded ad completions when you choose to watch a rewarded ad)

We share information only as needed to run the app:

Leaderboard and profile hosting: your username and scores are stored with our backend service provider.
Advertising: ad delivery and measurement are provided by advertising partners.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your username and leaderboard records for as long as needed to operate the leaderboards and maintain fair competition, unless we are required to remove data for legal reasons or service safety.

Your choices

Tracking permission: you can allow or deny tracking when prompted by iOS. You can change this later in iOS Settings.
Username: you choose a username during onboarding. The app does not provide an in‑app username editor afterward, so your username should be treated as not user‑changeable through the app’s normal interface.
Rewarded ads: rewarded ads are optional. You can always continue without watching a rewarded ad by using other buttons shown in the game over screen.

Children’s privacy

Emoji Pong is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us via: ugurkarahanimp@gmail.com

International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on where our service providers operate.
